How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 1985. So, we have been serving the local community for 28 years and we are still going strong.
What is your primary product or service?
We offer deck and patio rooms, residential awnings including retractables (motorized), commercial awnings, replacement windows and doors and entry doors.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My family has been in this line of business for three generations. I started rolling screens in my dad's shop when I was just a teenager then moved into installation and sales and eventually into business ownership.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We pride ourselves on offering quality products that are installed by trained craftsmen. We ensure that our customers get the results that they want and expect. In 28 years of business, we have never had a BBB complaint.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one main location where we have our offices and manufacturing facilities here in Asheville but we serve all of Western North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Master Card, and Discover. We also have financing available for those who qualify including 0% interest for up to 12 months.
Which areas do you service?
We serve all of Western North Carolina including Asheville, Hendersonville, Black Mountain, Enka, Candler, Brevard, Waynesville and beyond. We also serve upstate South Carolina including Greenville, Spartanburg and Anderson. In addition, we do commercial work in Eastern Tennessee and Georgia.
