How long have you been in business?
We purchased this inn in 1999 and have been running it successfully ever since.
What is your primary product or service?
Asheville Bed and Breakfast,Accommodations,Lodging, service, ancillary services e.g. Spa Services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My husband worked in the nuclear industry and I worked as a Registered Nurse. We enjoy meeting others and had skill sets we thought would make a good interface with hospitality.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Categorically, service. Once our guests arrive at the inn their positive experience is our primary focus.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location on a tree lined street in a residential neighborhood within walking distance of downtown and only 3 miles from Biltmore Estate.

We generally operate on advanced booking but do accept walk-in traffic based upon availability through 6p.m. Advanced reservations can utilize a Late Check In feature.

You will never know how badly we needed this getaway and we now feel able to tackle the world and resume our responsibilities again.
