How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I starting framing in 1971 at Lazarus department store in Columbus, Ohio. I worked there for 3 years then went to another framing shop in Columbus where I worked with a man who was very knowledgeable about conservation and museum framing. I worked there for 7 years then started my own business in Lancaster, Ohio. I moved to Asheville in 2006.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I do all the framing and have complete quality control. I have an accomplished eye for color & design so I am able to help to pick the best design for framing.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have one location and no plans for expansion.

I am at 61 N. Merrimon, Suite 109 in Reynolds Village in Woodfin. If coming on I-26, you exit at #23 and continue up the hill to Reynolds Village. I'm in the first building on the left.
