Sawmills, NC - February, 1 2013 - Abby Cab Company has transferred operations to
Sawmills, NC. Centrally located in the Catawba Valley, Abby Cab provides a broad
spectrum of transportation services to the Hickory-Lenoir-Morganton metropolitan area.
Abby Cab is a transportation and translation services company offering taxi, courier,
medical, limousine, airport transportation and translation services. Abby Cab provides
service to and from Charlotte Douglas Airport as well as other surrounding airports.
Company president J.D. Smith a native of Cleveland County stated, "Seeing additional
need of the surrounding communities for transportation has encouraged our expansion
into Caldwell and surrounding counties." By locating to the town of Sawmills, Abby Cab
Company can more effectively handle transportation needs of the ever growing community.
Abby cab has various specialized services including their Hotshot Courier, Last Call,

Addressing their medical service transportation, Company Vice President Chris Poteet
