How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I began working in the moving industry in 2011. I worked as a helper, driver, foreman before applying for the office work. I did sales, dispatching, and operated one of the best moving companies in Florida. In 2019 I moved to NC and decided that it is time to open my own company.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our highest priority is the quality of our moves. We do a lot of work to prepare for every single move. Everything starts with the phone conversation and ends with the satisfaction of our client.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location as of now, we are planning to expand to all the big cities in North Carolina.
